Although we didn’t invite the British weather to this very popular event, it made a very grand entrance and we will no doubt remember this one for many years to come.
The British Embassy, our host, made the decision to halt proceedings due to severe weather conditions.

We now have over 515 paid members, a record number. We also have almost 1500 followers on Facebook and almost 4000 on Linkedin. This visibility keeps our sponsors happy and as a result we can continue to offer our 2 keynote events of the year for free, our Sir Winston Churchill Memorial Lecture and the Summer reception.

We also welcomed our English teacher, Rosella Tallerico, to the residence for the first time.
Did you know we have over 80 students attending our evening classes?
One of them, Paul Hever has attended the English Literature class for 24 years!
Our classes are expertly managed by Chris Atkinson.
