#LuxUKLinks – 2021 (non-fiction) winner Lëtzebuerger Buchpräis (Luxembourg Book Award), written by, H.E. John Marshall, previous British Ambassador to Luxembourg. It is a very special book and no longer printed.
#LuxUKLinks addresses the multiple areas in which the paths of the two countries have crossed, from arts and culture to history and sport, including the links between the royal families and the diplomatic relations between the two nations. The late Grand Duke Jean, who volunteered in the British army during the Second World War, and Paule Kremer, the first Luxembourger to swim the English Channel, are among the famous Luxembourgers featured in the book.
