The British-Luxembourg Society was invited by the Cambridge Society of Luxembourg together with the Oxford University Society of Luxembourg and LSE Alumni to enjoy a conference followed by a dinner, with David Harley, former Deputy Secretary-General of the European Parliament who has recently published his memoirs “Matters of Record: Inside European Politics (Diaries 1992-2010)” and a book co-written and edited with Dianne Hayter called “The Forgotten Tribe – British MEPs 1979-2020”. The event was held on Tuesday, 21 March 2023 in the restaurant of the Golf Club Grand-Ducal. An excellent evening was had by all.
